• X-Men Annual #4 (1980) Doctor Strange helps the X-Men defeat Margalis Szardos, Nightcrawler's adoptive mother.
• X-Men #139-140 (1980) Kitty Pryde becomes Sprite; Angel rejoins the X-Men; Wolverine starts wearing his brown & tan costume; Wolverine, Nightcrawler and Alpha Flight tackle a Wendigo.

• Marvel Two-in-One #68-69 (1980) Thing and Angel vs the Toad; Storm helps Thing and the Guardians of the Galaxy against a weird fog.
• X-Men #141 / Uncanny X-Men #142 (1980-1981) Kitty Pryde's future self (from Earth-811) comes back to change the timeline by saving Senator Robert Kelly from Mystique and the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants; the X-Men of Earth-811 are killed but Kelly is saved.

• Dazzler #1-2 (1981) The X-Men team up with Dazzler against the Enchantress.
• Uncanny X-Men #143-144 (1981) An N'Garai demon invades the Xavier School while Kitty's alone in the mansion; Cyclops meets Lee Forrester; Cyclops and Man-Thing vs D'Spayre.
• Code of Honor #3 (1997) Angel cameo.

• Marvel Team-Up #100 (1980) The Fantastic Four call for Professor X's help to contain a young mutant called Karma; Storm catches up with her childhood friend, the Black Panther.
• Rom #17-18 (1981) The X-Men and Rom vs the half-mutant, half-Dire Wraith called Hybrid.

• Spider-Woman #37-38 (1981) The X-Men meet Siryn, Banshee's daughter; the X-Men and Spider-Woman vs the Juggernaut and Black Tom Cassidy.

• Uncanny X-Men Annual #5 (1981) The X-Men and Fantastic Four vs the Badoon.
• Marvel Fanfare #3[1/2]-4[1/3] (pp.1-19) (1982) The X-Men vs Sauron in the Savage Land.

• Uncanny X-Men #151-152 (1981) Kitty Pryde's parents withdraw her from the Xavier School and send her to Emma Frost's Massachusetts Academy; Frost and Storm switch bodies; Storm is returned to her body and the X-Men take Kitty back to Xavier's.
• Micronauts #37 (1982) The Micronauts end up in the X-Men's Danger Room.

• Uncanny X-Men #153 (1982) Sprite tells young Illyana Rasputin a bedtime story.
